Bonnie Snyder is the operations manager and business consultant of Nail Addictionz in San Diego, specializing in business development and branding for beauty and wellness professionals. Known for her creative energy and strategic mindset, she helps artists and entrepreneurs build systems, marketing, and confidence to grow beyond the chair.

Raisa is the founder, educator and master nail artist and educator at Nail Addictionz, known for her artistry, client care, and business savvy. She brings a powerful real-world perspective on building client loyalty, scaling services, and navigating the challenges of growth as a working beauty professional. Together, Bonnie and Raisa offer a balance of strategy and experience that resonates with both new and established artists.

Sue is the senior nail technician at Nail Addictionz and an experienced nail educator for the San Diego City College cosmetology program. She bridges the gap between classroom education and real-world salon success. Her deep understanding of technique, professionalism, and training makes her an invaluable part of the Nail Addictionz education team, helping new artists turn technical skill into confident, career-ready expertise.
