For 13 years, Tussanee and her husband, Paul, successfully operated Integrity Lash, a premier seven-figure lash salon in Southern California. Under their leadership, Integrity Lash earned recognition from Vanity Fair, Los Angeles Magazine, Pasadena Magazine, Pasadena Weekly, Brides.com, and other publications as one of Southern California’s
top salons. Additionally, Salon Today honored Integrity Lash as one of the Top 200 salons in North America for four consecutive years. Beyond their success in salon management, Tussanee and Paul are the hosts of LashCast, a top-rated beauty podcast with over 2.5 million downloads. Through their platform, they educate and inspire lash professionals, providing valuable insights on both artistry and business growth. In 2019, they founded LASHCON, a premier business-focused conference for lash professionals. Over the past six years, more than 5,500 lash artists have attended the event to gain expertise in marketing, branding, and business development. Tussanee recently joined TAD Beauty as a consultant, bringing her extensive experience in sales and marketing to help drive the brand’s success.
