With over 20 years of experience in the spa sector, Lori has founded a multiple-location spa, a massage school, and worked as a spa consultant. She has developed over 80 online modality courses and 40 guidebooks. "My courses and guidebooks are the culmination of the experience I have obtained over two decades as the owner and operator of multiple spas. My approach integrates theory, technique breakdown, proper body mechanics, business skills, client and retail management, and step-by-step procedures to integrate into practice." Lori also has 14 years of experience with Fortune 50 corporations, where she focused on corporate strategy and business development. She holds a CPA and MBA from The University of Chicago. Lori has consulted spas and resorts to find solutions for spa business development and financial growth.
