For over 23 years attorney Mike N. Vo has helped business owners start their companies and navigate the legal minefields.  Leveraging his real-world, practical business experience, Mike counsels and represents businesses across all industries, from startup to established businesses.  As outside general counsel for his clients, Mike routinely mitigates unnecessary business risks to keep his clients out of court but is no stranger to the courtroom when his clients need quick, decisive and uncompromising results.  Mike’s litigation practice includes state and federal court litigation in the areas of contract disputes, shareholder/partner disputes, trademark disputes, anti-competitive practices, employment and wage/hour issues and healthcare fraud.  Mike also serves as “of counsel” to CA Pharmacy Lawyers.  When not providing legal advice, Mike can be found educating the professional nail salon industry through speaking engagements for the Pro Nails Association of which he is a founding member and on the Board of Directors.  He obtained his undergraduate degree from USC and law degree from Loyola Law School.
